This section is a SHORT list of the utilities that I use most often and find helpful. This is my no means meant to be a complete list of utilities, so if I don't have what you're looking for, check out Archaic Ruins or Node99.
This Universal Emulator frontend by Jim Pragit, is a wonderful alternative to writing command lines for every ROM you want to run. It has an easy, mouse or keyboard based interface, and the ability to write descriptions for your ROMs. It can be used with any DOS based emulators, including ESNES and SNES97 DOS. It now supports arcade emulators as well!
This is my favorite of the SNES ROM splitter/joiner/converter utilities. It has worked perfectly for me, and I have used it alot with my SuperWildCard SNES Copier :). It is simple, easy to use, and DOS based.
