Dubbed the SNES EMU with extra e's, the author has released a a sample version, though it doen't play any commercial ROMs yet, this author seems to be serious about the project.

GrimSNES is a new EMU which is not even ready for a public release, though I believe it has promise. The opcodes are largely complete, and the main CPU core is bieng emulated right now. Look for a release soon.

Since BagiSNES is still in the design phase, there is no way of knowing whether this EMU will ever actually materialize. The one thing they have going for them at least is a bunch of technical docs which can be found on part of their website here. The authors of BagiSNES are also helping Mr. Grim with GrimSNES, so I don't know if this project will really be pursued or not.
