Phantasy Star Four: Whole Game Acess;UP, down,up,down,left,rigth,left,right,up,right,down,left,up,and press b, hld start, do all that at the screen that says "SEGA".Keep start held, select your game using the "c" button. A lotta options will pop up, have fun!!!
